What is the minimum PC specification?
- Internet Explorer 5 (or Later)
- 1024x768 screen resolution.
- A minimum internet connection speed of 56kbps is necessary
for good response times.

What do the Pink and Blue colours mean?
Pink indicates the Lay market and Blue the Back market for all
the games.
How close to the start of a race can I make my selections?
We stop allowing nap selections 15 minute before the published race start time. We make no exception for delayed starts.
How can I view another tipster's history?
You can either click on a tipster's name
in the Top Ten, or after you click the 'View More Detail' arrow.
You can also view the history of the Back & Lay of the day by clicking
on their respective icons.

for settling after the horse race is the Official SP distributed by the
Press Association and is not calculated napXchange™.
When are the results updated?
Races are settled in the evening, usually after 11.15pm (UK time).

All British horse racing data is supplied by

Who licences all the horse racing data?
All British horse racing data is licensed by The
British Horseracing Board.
The British Horseracing Board owns the rights to the British horse racing

How do I find out what future competitions are being
run by napXchange™?
Visit the web site www.napXchange.com,
future competitions will be advertised there.
How do I know if I have won a competition prize?
Winners will be posted on the website & contacted by e-mail.
When can I expect my competition prize?
All prizes will be distributed to winners within 28 days.
Are my credit card details safe?
